The Harper County Clerk’s Office is currently accepting applications for a Part Time Payroll/HR Clerk.
This position is responsible for a variety of clerical duties including maintaining and updating personnel records, new hire processing and onboarding, and data entry for bi-weekly payroll. This official is expected to have good communication skills as well as basic computer knowledge.
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid non-restricted driver’s license. Ability to pass a criminal background check.
The established hourly hiring rate for this position is $14.33 – $16.13. Actual rate of pay will be negotiated based on experience.
