The Harper County Landfill is open Wednesdays - 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
Industrial, construction and demolition debris are the only items accepted.
The Harper County Landfill does not accept household waste or household hazardous waste.
The gate will be locked at 3:00 PM, so please plan accordingly.
Harper County Residents may continue to dispose of household waste at Plumb Thicket. Plumb Thicket does not accept any household hazardous waste, which includes, but is not limited to, antifreeze, auto batteries, used oil, paint, household cleaners, pesticides or aerosols. The nearest drop off point for these items is the Pratt County Hazardous Waste Facility located at 1104 S Main, Pratt, KS. They may be contacted by phone 620.672.4107.
