Office of the County Attorney

The County Attorney is the chief law enforcement officer in Harper County. The office handles felony crimes, misdemeanors, traffic and fish and game prosecutions. Cases include murder, rape, robbery, property crimes, juvenile offenses, care and treatment actions, child in need of care, criminal appeals, hunting infractions, select traffic offenses, and many others.
